Write Ordinal Numbers on the glass board 1st – 31st to show days of the month.
Review: Days of the Week (Days of the Week Folder / Pictures Only)
Calendar – discuss what is calendar and what it’s used for.

Review Notes:
- Discuss: Sunday thru Saturday is 1 week and there are 7 days in a week.
- Discuss: Monday thru Friday are weekdays and Saturday and Sunday are weekends.
- Discuss: Days of the week start with a capital, because they are names.
- Discuss: Ask the students when their birthday is.
Teach: Days of the Week
Comes Before & Comes After
Explain: Monday comes before Tuesday, Tuesday comes after Monday, etc..

Discussion(s): Do pages 1-3 in class and explain thoroughly the information provided.
Ask students which days do them like, and if they like the weekdays and weekends.
